OUR SPACE

A clear view of the care your pet receives.

In an emergency, not knowing what is happening can be one of the hardest parts. At Greenlight Pet ER, our large glass window into the treatment area gives pet parents visibility into their pet’s care while preserving a safe, protected clinical environment.

This separation allows our medical team to provide the best possible care with the focus, cleanliness, and infection-control standards each patient deserves — while helping you remain connected to your pet’s journey.

Caring with transparency. Treating with empathy.

Transparency is more than what you can see. It is how we communicate, guide decisions, and care for every family that walks through our doors.

From explaining your pet’s condition and treatment options to discussing estimated costs and sharing updates along the way, we make sure you have the information you need to feel informed and supported.

Because exceptional emergency care is not only about advanced medicine. It is also about treating pets and the people who love them with honesty, respect, and empathy.

We came to the ER last night during an incredibly difficult and emotional time with our dog, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Thurston, Sophie, Daphne, and Angela were all incredibly professional, compassionate, and understanding. They made sure all of our needs were met, took our feelings into consideration, and genuinely listened to every question and concern we had without ever making us feel rushed or dismissed.

Greenlight Pet ER took amazing care of my dog during an emergency that required surgery. The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, compassionate, and made us feel so welcome every time we visited him. I truly can’t say enough good things about the care we received. I’m so grateful we found this place, and the doctors and nurses truly made a difference in my dog’s recovery and in our experience. I will forever be thankful for everything they did. Highly recommend!!
