Your pet is triaged the moment you walk in, and the sickest patient is always seen first. If you want us ready at the door, call on your way — but never wait for a callback to leave the house.
Walk-in means exactly that: no appointment, no phone tree, no waiting for a slot to open. It also means the order of the waiting room is set by how sick each patient is, not by who arrived first. That is the trade-off of an emergency room, and we would rather explain it up front.
