Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. The doctors helped my cat going through urine blockage issues and were more than willing to continue to help when I brought him back twice and made multiple calls.Posted on Google![]()

The staff here is exceptional. Dr. Attia, Angela, and Daphne were all so compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive. I walked in teary eyed in the middle of the night on the weekend thinking it was time to put my senior dog with cancer to sleep, and left feeling at ease and re-assured. My old boy is still doing okay and they helped relieve his pain. I’m so thankful I found this place!+0Posted on Google![]()

Our dog was bitten by a baby copperhead Saturday evening. Dry bite so no special treatment necessary. Bitten again Tuesday morning by unknown snake. Needed lots of help and the staff was AMAZING for the 15 hours she was with them!!! Extraordinarily kind to our dog and very helpful to us. Updates were given, excellent directions were given when she was discharged (as good as new!!!). Thanks to all!! We can highly recommend this practice.Posted on Google![]()

Hopefully you will never be in need of an EMERGENCY PET ER…. But if you do….. Paws down 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 GREENLIGHT PET ER gets a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1. 24/7 Availability and Immediate Triage. 2. On-Site Diagnostics. 3. Specialized Critical Care Equipment and Facilities. 4. Highly Skilled and Experienced Staff. 5. "Certified Calm Clinic” and extremely kind, caring and compassionate staff. I can’t speak highly enough for the awesome kind, caring, compassionate and thorough care that everyone provided for my very sweet 10 year old “very nervous Nelly” Bentley who experienced a medical crisis of severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and unstable gait and falling on 09/01/2026. I am a retired nurse so I have very high expectations for medical care of all nature. From my very first phone call right through to Bentley’s discharge, the care and communication was five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all of the way!!! Way to go Dr. Flowers, Daphne, Monse and Emily. You are a dream team! ❤️ #GreenlightPetEr+0Posted on Google![]()

Unfortunately I had to bring my dog in for what turned out to be a ruptured tumor. There was no chance of survival and the team did a wonderful job walking my through the hardest night of having to say goodbye to our beloved dog. They granted my wish and found some chocolate for her and even shed a tear with me. If there was a silver lining it was how easy they made the process.Posted on Google![]()

I brought my senior dog in here last night. He had been sick for a couple of days, was getting better and suddenly took a term for the worst. I was very frightened for him. Every everyone from the receptionist, the mail attendant and the veterinarian were very compassionate and helped me relax. My dog had to spend the night, but before I left, they invited me to go in the back to see what his accommodations would be. And that did put my mind at ease. They clearly know what they’re doing and how to treat distraught people I would recommend them highly. I almost never do reviews, but it would be remissive me not to let other people know about this facility in a pet emergency.Posted on Google![]()

Outstanding Medical Care Supported by Exceptional Management Responsiveness!! I recently brought my cat, Miss Kitty, to Greenlight Pet ER for emergency monitoring regarding a potential foreign body obstruction. This was actually my second time utilizing their facility, having brought my kitten Pickles here in July 2026, where he was also seen by Dr. Thurstin. Overall, the medical care, clinical communication, and ultimate resolution of a billing misunderstanding demonstrated that Greenlight Pet ER truly values both its patients and long-term client relationships. Clinical Care & Attending Staff: Dr. Thurstin provided phenomenal care during both of my visits. She is remarkably thorough, thoughtful, and articulate in explaining diagnostic options and treatment strategies. Her attention to detail and genuine compassion made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Additionally, Emily at the front desk was so welcoming, and veterinary technicians Monse and Daphne were exceptionally caring, attentive, cat-loving techs throughout Miss Kitty's stay. Diagnostic & Billing Resolution: Following Miss Kitty’s visit, I noticed several unexpected billing items that didn't align with the initial care plan discussed—specifically regarding automated 12-hour hospitalization extensions, radiograph tier pricing, and a duplicate administrative charge. While resolving this on-site was initially restricted by staff authority limits, the management response was top-tier. After I reached out directly to the clinic manager, Kitty Evans, the entire matter was handled with promptness, empathy, and complete transparency. Management thoroughly audited the invoice, acknowledged the system automation errors, prorated the hospitalization to accurately reflect the additional hours, and issued a full refund for the unearned fees. Final Verdict: Miscommunications can happen at any busy emergency practice, but how a clinic responds when a client raises a legitimate concern is what sets them apart. Greenlight Pet ER not only delivers high-caliber veterinary medicine but also operates with absolute integrity behind the scenes. Highly recommended for pet owners in search of compassionate emergency care.
