I had to rush my cat into their facility around 12am as he was lethargic and not acting normal at all. I was very nervous but the staff was extremely helpful in getting us triaged and then seen by Dr. McCourt. Turns out he had a blocked bladder and stones, the remedy for it was surgery. They were able to relieve his bladder and take care of him till my vet opened the next morning. My vet unfortunately was unable to transfer my cat due to extenuating circumstances at his office. While I was initially not thrilled about him having surgery at an emergency vet (because every pet owner knows they are more expensive) it ended up being the best thing that could have happened. The price was surprising not significantly more than it would have been through his GP and his care while at Greenlight was top-tier, worth every penny. Not only were they good with him but they also patiently gave me updates on my numerous calls to their facility. These were on top of the calls they made to me for status updates. He was admitted by Dr. McCourt, had his surgery done by Dr. D’Amico, who was assisted by his technician Victor and evening/overnight care was provided by Dr. Anacleto. Maria, their front desk girl was also amazing in helping me get my CareCredit number as I was having issues with it at payment. 10/10 for this office and their staff. An emergency is never where any pet parent wants to be but the care that the staff provided made it less stressful and my cat and I were supported through the whole process. Thankful for their hard work and dedication in getting my little Toast home to recover.+0Posted on Google![]()

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my little girl, Kiki, to Greenlight Pet ER in Lake Nona last night, frightened and in tears. Dr. Bliss, Damian, and the entire team showed us so much kindness and compassion. Dr. Bliss was incredibly sweet. She explained several options for Kiki’s care and helped me understand my choices without making me feel guilty or pressured. She listened, respected my decisions, and offered more than a treatment plan—she gave me reassurance during a very scary night. She even offered to speak directly with Kiki’s regular veterinarian if needed. Damian, I hope you know what a difference you make. The kindness you showed me and the other families meant so much. Watching your team care for pets and their worried families gave me such respect for the work you do. Kiki is home resting and showing her playful personality again, and I’m so grateful. Please keep doing what you’re doing. Your compassion matters, and it stays with people long after they leave. God bless you all. Thank you from me and Kiki. ❤️🐾+0Posted on Google![]()

Anything bad you hear about this place is false. This place is the most wonderful place me and my wife have been to. We had to come here to put down my cat and got attacked by an animal and these were the only people out of 30 places I called in Central Florida. I did not care about money all they cared about was my baby not dying slowly. There the most amazing people ever that don't care about money they care about your pet. Gianna was amazing she helped my wife who was hysterical and they all make sure to comfort us. The whole entire staff was great. I recommend this place to everybody. That love their pets.Posted on Google![]()

With an extremely heavy heart we had to put Apollo down. It's a very very difficult experience and the staff showed lots of compassion and allowed us to be with him in his last moments. We appreciate the kindness and we were blessed to have that bit of relief in the moment. Thank you.+0Posted on Google![]()

What a blessing that Greenlight ER is in our area. We had a midnight emergency and Greenlight was there and quite possibly saved our pups life. Thank you for your professionalism, understanding and experience in taking care of our little Floydie.
