I brought my cat to the ER because I was very worried about his vomiting and breathing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, compassionate, and understanding of how scared and worried I was. Although I didn’t get extensive testing done, Dr. McCourt  took the time to examine him carefully, explain what she was seeing, and answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how patient she was and how they treated both my cat and me with compassion. They made sure I understood the possible causes of his symptoms and what I should watch for at home. As a pet parent, it is incredibly difficult to see your animal not feeling well, especially when you are unsure of what is wrong and his underlying heart condition. The doctor helped ease some of that fear and made me feel like boots was in good hands. I’m very grateful for the care he received during our visit and for the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Thank you for taking such good care of my boots when we needed it most. Boots vomiting has completely stopped. I came home to my other younger kitty sick, so I’m assuming it’s from the food I recently switched them to, but either way the anti nausea meds helped and I’m very grateful for this facility that is open 24/7. I brought my dog in for an urgent issue, and I couldn't be happier with the care we received. After calling several clinics, I chose this one because the receptionist was by far the kindest and most helpful over the phone. Arriving around 6:00 PM was completely stress-free thanks to their 24-hour hours. ​The vet tech, Victor, was wonderful—gentle, attentive, and treated my dog with so much care. The veterinarian was equally thorough, kind, and reassuring. I even overheard Victor patiently explaining medications to another family and taking the extra time to answer questions from their young children, which really spoke to the team's character. We had a great experience at Greenlight Pet ER. The facility is beautiful, very clean, modern, and has a surprisingly cozy and welcoming atmosphere, especially for an emergency veterinary center. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I also really appreciate the convenience of having a 24-hour pet emergency center in the Orlando area, knowing there is a place available whenever your pet may need urgent care. Our pup wasn't acting herself so we originally went to All. 4 Pets where they diagnosed her with Pyrometra. Unfortunately they had a septic issue to where they couldn't do the surgery in-house but helped us do an immediate transfer to Greenlight Pet ER. They were communicative the whole way through so we didn't have to traumatize our little one with even more tests. After a very terrifying scare from our 10 year old hound, Dr. Anacleto was a godsend. She was so confident in her abilities it really gave us parents a sense of ease after almost 14hrs of running around for this emergency. Not only was the whole staff friendly and reassuring, they took amazing care of our babygirl, as she had to stay overnight for emergency surgery. I wish I could recall everyone's names but all the technicians were fantastic. Gemmi, our baby, feeds off of people's energy and we could immediately tell she was in good hands. If you are ever in a situation where your animal needs immediate care don't hesitate to come here.
