OUR SPACE

A clear view of the care your pet receives.

In an emergency, not knowing what is happening can be one of the hardest parts. At Greenlight Pet ER, our large glass window into the treatment area gives pet parents visibility into their pet’s care while preserving a safe, protected clinical environment.

This separation allows our medical team to provide the best possible care with the focus, cleanliness, and infection-control standards each patient deserves — while helping you remain connected to your pet’s journey.

There aren’t enough kind words in the English lexicon to express my gratitude to the earth angels at Greenlight Pet ER for saving our sweet boy and restoring his quality of life for what I expect will be many happy years together. 🐾 They did it with a level of empathy, grace, hospitality, affordability, and expertise I’ve rarely experienced in veterinary—or honestly, any—medical care. I was welcome to visit Tom 24/7. Every update came with genuine love for our very gentle boy. And while emergency veterinary care is never exactly affordable, our final invoice was a fraction of what I had braced myself for elsewhere. When you have to leave a beloved pet scared, sick, and in someone else’s hands, knowing those hands are kind means everything. I will never forget how cared for we felt here. If you’re anywhere near Plantation, FL; Jacksonville, FL; or The Woodlands, TX, I truly can’t recommend Greenlight Pet ER enough.

Saturday while walking my dog, a medium size iguana fell from the tree above us right in front of my male Shiba Inu who thought God had finally answered his prayers. I remember seeing the iguana completely wrapped around my dog's body. There was a serious wrestling match that was extremely brief. I managed to get the iguana out of my dogs's mouth. I immediately flushed his mouth with a bottle of water I always have on hand for emergencies. I instinctively called my vet's office after using hand sanitizer on my hands. They were about to close and the receptionist did not seem as concerned as I was and suggested I make an appointment for Monday. It was Saturday afternoon. I love our vet. Not sure I agreed with the receptionist. Although my dog seemed perfectly fine for most of the afternoon, after reading an article online I became increasingly concerned about his well being. To me, he is the world. Two different friends that also own dogs referred me to Greenlight Pet ER. I decided to go after noticing my dog's behavior was not spot on normal. I entered their office and Alex, the nurse, spoke with me while I was filling out information on their kiosk. I was extremely shook up and admit I was likely having trouble functioning. It was also late at night already. She was very comforting and helped me calm down and relax. She asked me questions so she could go speak with the doctor. She was lovely and helpful and a pleasure to talk to even about this stressful situation. I had the good fortune of finding out from Alex, that they are running a promotion till October 18, 2026, to celebrate their 1st year anniversary. As a result, after scanning a QR code, I received $100 off their $150.00 fee. Awesome! After waiting in a separate room, Alex took my beloved dog to meet the doctor. Then Dr. Faria came to the room to speak to me about my dog. I was seriously impressed with her. She was extremely thorough. She asked me questions before making any decisions. She told me that she knows what the nurse told her but she wanted to review it with me. No problem. I respect detail oriented people, and I seriously value it in doctors. I absolutely agreed with Dr. Faria's recommended course of action. My dog had more than 1 issue going on. A recent introduction of new food had not gone well and resulted in serious GI distress. She addressed both issues thoroughly. She did not dismiss one and focus solely on the other as many doctors do, not just vets. I am totally blown away by my excellent experience at Greenlight Pet ER. I hope I never ever need to return to them in the future. But I love knowing that if I need them again, I know where to go and who to see for superior help. Thank you Alex & Dr. Faria and the rest of your team.
